How it works, screen by screen
Video courses with progress tracking
Courses are split into sections and lessons. Students watch, mark lessons complete and pick up where they left off, and every course shows how far they have got.

Live classes on Zoom, run from the platform
Lola schedules a class with a title, time and length. The platform creates the Zoom meeting, emails students before the class and when it goes live, and syncs the recording afterwards.
Session scheduler: 19 classes run, 16 recordings synced. Times show in each viewer's own time zone.
Every class becomes a replay
Recordings appear in a searchable replay library, so students who missed a Deal Night can catch up the next morning.

Tools built for what she teaches
A course platform can host videos about deal analysis. This one lets students do it: enter a property and get a safe bid ceiling, a max bid and the built-in margin, using the rules taught in the course.
